Refund policy

At Medora Jewellery, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@medorajewellery.co.uk with your order number.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items
Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
