We want you to love your Medora jewellery. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

14-Day Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any unworn item in its original packaging for a full refund.

How to Return
1. Email us at hello@medorajewellery.co.uk with your order number
2. We'll send you a returns label and instructions
3. Post your item back using the label provided
4. Refund processed within 5 working days of receiving your return

Please Note
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- Sale items are final sale — no returns or exchanges
- Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons (unless faulty)
