What materials do you use?
Our jewellery is crafted from surgical grade stainless steel with 18K gold plating. This means your pieces are hypoallergenic, tarnish-resistant and built to last — no green fingers, no irritation.

Will the jewellery tarnish?
Stainless steel is naturally tarnish-resistant, so your Medora pieces will keep their shine much longer than standard fashion jewellery. For best results, we recommend removing jewellery before swimming, showering or applying perfume.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every Medora order comes in our signature gift box and pouch, making it gift-ready at no extra cost.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to the UK and Europe. More destinations coming soon.

Can I return earrings?
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Rings and bracelets can be returned within 30 days.
